Abstract

Objective: To evaluate three resin bonding system on the bond strength of the fiber pile for clinical reasonable choice of fiber posts bonding material to provide experimental evidence. Methods: 15 month internal orthodontic subtrahend extraction, crown and root form a complete, single root canal root length approximation lower front teeth used in this experiment, save 0.4% Nacl saline. Cemento-enamel junction coronal 1.0mm at perpendicular to the tooth long axis with a diamond bur to remove the crown, to adopt the warm gutta root canal treatment, after three days, remove the crown group root root canal preparation. Prepare the way for the completion of extracted teeth were randomly divided into three groups, each group of five were Group A: One-step total etch bonding system group: B Group: Clearfil DC self-etching adhesive systems group; C group: RelyX Unicem self-adhesive systems group. Corresponding supporting adhesive bonding diameter 1.4mm glass fiber post in accordance with the instructions for use. 37 ° C saline store 24h. With a self-curing resin cements glass fiber pile root embedded in cylindrical disposable syringes, and test pieces stored for 1 week in saline, using a slow speed diamond cutting machine perpendicular to the long axis of the tooth was cut into 2mm thick sheet Micro-launch testing, electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine 0.5mm/min speed record values. The resulting data using SPSS 13.0 software on the shear bond strength of each sample were analyzed statistically using one-way ANOVA and multiple comparisons, P <0.05 that the difference was statistically significant. Observed under a powerful microscope after the test is completed in all tested samples of the type of failure and record. Three kinds of binder resin and fiber pile, root canal dentin bonding interface scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation. Results: micro-introduced law test bond strength results: 3M ESPE RelyX Unicem group was the highest (7.0490 ± 0.92126) Mpa, followed by Clearfil DC group (6.1000 ± 0.36350) MPa, Bisco One-step group minimum (4.6860 ± 1.84645) Mpa . Single-factor analysis of variance and multiple comparison: the difference between groups was significant (P <0.05). Significant difference between group A and group C (P <0.05); significant difference between group A and group B (P <0.05); no significant differences between the B and C groups (P> 0.05). . The fracture mode of observation showed that the fracture mode of the vast majority of samples are bonded face fracture. SEM observation shows: three groups were seen the resin - fiber pile bonding interface is more complete, tight fitting, resin - dentin bonding, the interface has obvious gap; the total etch group, sparse, short resin sudden, self-adhesive group and self-etching group no significant resin sudden. Conclusion: The differences in bond strength of three bonding systems on fiber post significantly better than total etch group self-adhesive group and self-etching group.
