Abstract


Objective: To detect malignant gallbladder lesions and benign lesions Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression levels, explore Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression with gallbladder cancer, the development of the relationship; combined clinical and pathological features, research Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression with gallbladder cancer invasion and metastasis and other biological behavior. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining detected 31 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 10 patients with chronic cholecystitis paraffin specimens Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression levels, statistical analysis of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression, and Ezrin and CD44v6 expression of cholangiocarcinoma clinical and pathological data discussed. Results: (1) the CD44v6 expression rate in the gallbladder group was significantly higher than the chronic cholecystitis group (P lt; 0.05); expression of Ezrin positive expression rate the the gallbladder cancer group was significantly higher than that of chronic cholecystitis group (P lt; 0.05); ( 2) Ezrin protein in gallbladder cancer lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis between the two groups was significant (P lt; 0.01); CD44v6 protein in the gallbladder, lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis between the two groups was significant ( P lt; 0.01). (3) Gallbladder types, Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression analysis Ezrin protein in well-differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated group was no significant difference in sex (P gt; 0.05); CD44, 6 protein in well-differentiated, differentiation, poorly differentiated group difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). (4) the expression of Ezrin Nevin stage Ⅰ Ⅱ, Ⅲ Ⅳ Ⅴ group expression differences were significant (P lt; 0.01); CD44v6 protein in Nevin stage Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅳ Ⅴ group difference in the expression There were significant (P lt; 0.01). (5) Ezrin correlation analysis between the tumor markers CEA, CA199, expression of Ezrin and tumor markers CEA, CA199 significant correlation (P lt; 0.01); CD44v6 in the correlation between tumor markers CEA, CA199 Analysis of CD44v6 and tumor markers CEA, CA1 99 significant correlation (P lt; 0.01). (6) gallbladder in Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression and patient age, regardless of gender. (7) CD44v6 and Ezrin expression in gallbladder related to sex (P gt; 0.05). Conclusions: (1) gallbladder carcinoma Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression levels significantly higher than that in chronic cholecystitis, description of the occurrence of both gallbladder and development are closely linked. (2) Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression levels of gallbladder cancer invasion and metastasis are closely linked, as a reflection of the biological indicators of gallbladder cancer invasion and metastasis. (3) the expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression levels and the patient's age, regardless of gender, and associated with tumor markers CEA and CA1 99. (4) Ezrin and CD44v6 protein expression in gallbladder no correlation.
