Objective: To investigate outpatient occurrence of perimenopausal symptoms and symptoms of depression and anxiety in perimenopausal women. Methods: From March to September 2009, 372 gynecology outpatient clinic at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical perimenopausal women, medical record inclusion criteria were age ≥ 40 years of age, have a uterus and one or both ovaries, menstrual changes or symptoms of perimenopause or menopause has no recent serious adverse life events, no history of psychiatric disease, serious organic disease. Anxiety Scale (SAS), a survey questionnaire and a self-assessment of the general depression (SDS) met the inclusion criteria. SPSS13.0 statistical software to analyze the survey data. Results: 1.
