Objective To evaluate the benazepril and indapamide low-dose combination treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension, the efficacy and safety. Method will meet the conditions 109 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 54 cases of oral benazepril 10mg / d, the treatment group of 55 cases of oral benazepril 5mg Indapamide 1.25mg / d. 4th weekend drop in blood pressure is not ideal , they will be doubling the dose of the medication , treatment for 8 weeks , and then compare the blood pressure, heart rate, biochemical parameters, adverse reactions. Results The four week treatment group, the total effective rate was down 76.4% to 51.9% in the control group , two groups had significant difference (χ2 = 7.27, P lt; 0.01), 8 weekend antihypertensive efficacy was 92.7% and 77.8%, respectively, there were significant differences (χc2 = 3.86, P lt; 0.05), while the control group 8 weeks and treatment group 4 weekend total efficiency was no significant difference (χ2 = 0.03, P gt; 0.05 ) . 8 week group adverse reactions was 25.9 %, the treatment of adverse reactions was 10.9 %, respectively, there was significant difference (χ2 = 4.10, P lt; 0.05). Both before and after treatment heart rate , blood glucose , total cholesterol , alanine aminotransferase , serum creatinine , uric acid , potassium showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Conclusions 1 . Benazepril and indapamide exact effect of low-dose combination antihypertensive treatment total efficiency of up to 76.4% more ; 2 . Benazepril and low-dose indapamide combination on heart rate , blood glucose, total cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase , serum creatinine , uric acid , potassium , etc. no obvious effect ; 3 . benazepril and low-dose indapamide combination therapy of hypertension, the incidence of adverse reactions is small, it is safe and reliable .
