Investigation information with EpiData 3.1 database , parallel twin entry using SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis of the data . [ Results ] in the effective sample survey of 2455 cases hepatitis B of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb positive rate of 8.6% , 32.3% , 0.7% , 6.0% and 7.4% ; HBV prevalence rate of 44.1% . 2002 national composition of the population as the standard population distribution of the standardized standardized HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb positive rate of 8.5% , 28.8% , 2.7% , 5.6% and 7.0% , respectively ; standardized HBV prevalence 40.1% . Overall hepatitis B vaccine coverage was 26.1% , 63.6% 0 to 9 -year-old age group, the highest vaccination rates , student vaccination was 76.5% higher than in the other groups , the hepatitis B vaccination rate of urban (26.9% ) higher than in rural areas (17.1 % ) males ( 30.8%) than females ( 20.5%) . Hepatitis B vaccination , the positive rate of HBsAg and HBV prevalence was significantly lower ( P <0.01 ) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that men , families in hepatitis B patients , the tooth is HBsAg positive risk factors . [Conclusion ] Tongling City HBsAg positive rate of 8.6 % , the HBsAg standardized positive rate of 8.5% , higher than the national average ; hepatitis B vaccination rate is low , especially in rural areas , and therefore should strengthen the publicity of hepatitis B and hepatitis B vaccination .
