Abstract


The purpose of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients quality of life (HRQOL) and clinical care of the current situation ; explore the correlation between physical health and mental health of patients with SLE ; further explore the clinical care and quality of life of patients with SLE . Method 384 patients in the of two Anhui provincial hospital from May 2008 to May 2009 survey , of which 186 cases of the remaining 198 patients received inpatient clinical care of the hospital doctors and nurses ; outpatients . The real-name system , patients self-administered , as well as face-to-face questionnaires investigators , to investigate the general condition of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus , SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) and SLE damage index (SLICC / ACR DI) scale of disease activity degree and damage index score of SF-36 quality of life score . Use the SPSS10.01 software for statistical analysis , to α = 0.05 as the level of inspection . SLE inpatient quality of life scores higher than outpatient results received clinical care , and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); SLE patients with physical health and mental health was positively correlated with the dependent variable ; physical health of patients with SLE into the regression equation affect patients with SLE physiological health variables for age ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , clinical care ( P lt; 0.05 ) , disease activity (P lt; 0.05), damage index (P lt; 0.05); SLE patient 's mental health as the dependent variable in the regression equation variables affect the mental health of SLE patients for clinical care (P lt; 0.05), age (P lt; 0.05), disease activity (P lt; 0.05), damage index (P lt ; 0.05). Conclusions SLE patients with mental health and physical health affect each other. The impact of SLE patients physiological health factors as age , clinical care , disease activity and damage index ; factors affecting the mental health of patients with SLE for clinical care , age, disease activity and damage index . Clinical care through the combined effects of physical health and mental health of patients with SLE , significantly improve the quality of life of patients .
