Abstract

Intertidal zone in the transition zone of the land and the sea, its ecological complex and changing environment. Primary productivity represents the ability of primary producers in the production of organic substances, plays an important role in the global carbon cycle, have a profound impact on global climate change. The findings of the Yellow River Delta in the intertidal zone productivity, provide important information on the development, proliferation and rational utilization of biological resources in Bohai Sea, and intertidal scientific farming to provide a theoretical basis. In September 2007, April 2008 and July 2008 to investigate the Yellow River Delta intertidal zone seawater temperature, salinity, light, nutrients and chlorophyll a, sediment grain size, and chlorophyll a, as well as benthic fauna in 2007 intertidal zone in July to July 2008 sentinel surveillance research intertidal zone area of ??primary production and secondary production and its influencing factors. The main results and conclusions are as follows: 1. Intertidal the Year of environmental factors in the Yellow River Delta in the intertidal zone average water temperature of 17.3 ° C, a change in the range of 4.6 ° C (2007.12) to 33.7 ° C (2007.8); daily average light changes in the range of 387 ~ 851μEm -2 sec-1 (the average 636μEm-2sec-1), the the seawater salinity average of 27.0 (24.0 to 29.8). The highest water temperature in summer and lowest in winter; salinity highest in winter and lowest in the fall in September. Surface sediments in the Yellow River Delta in the intertidal zone main silt nearshore marine sediment grain size coarsening. Average median diameter of the surface sediments of September 2007, April 2008, July 2008 range were 0.030 ~ 0.081 mm (0.045 ± 0.014 mm); 0.025 ~ 0.067 mm (0.043 ± 0.013 mm); 0.030 mm ~ 0.069 mm (0.047 ± 0.013 mm). Sediment median particle size is significantly different from 2007 and 2008, the annual average of the 2007 median diameter of 0.037mm (0.035 to 0.039 mm), while the 2008 average of 0.051 mm (in addition to 2008.5). The median size of the sediment grain size does not significantly change with depth, layers of silt sediment type. . Spatial and temporal distribution of chlorophyll a content of chlorophyll a in the Yellow River Delta in southern intertidal bring seawater overlying range of 1.582 ~ 6.275mg/m3 (average to 3.759 mg/m3) to 2007.7 highest monthly minimum 2008.4. Sediment chlorophyll a concentration decreases with increasing depth, surface 1cm to 5.255μg / g underlying for 0.157μg / g; The results showed that 89.5% of the distribution of chlorophyll a in the upper 10 cm, 1cm of the sediment surface samples chlorophyll a content in the upper 10cm and whole cores total content of 35.3% and 31.6% respectively. The Yellow River Delta intertidal benthic chlorophyll a content nearshore region from north to south of gradually increasing trend; chlorophyll a content in the autumn and summer tide off the assembly line by the tide on the line to show a downward trend, the changes were in the range of 4.749 ~ 0.426μg / g ( average 1.591μg / g), and 5.195 ~ 0.307μg / g (average 1.832μg / g); upward trend spring off the assembly line by the tide line to the influx of chlorophyll a concentration, change to 0.623 8.734μg / g (mean of 2.542μg / g). The sediment surface 0 ~ 0.5 cm and chlorophyll a content of 0.5 ~ 1 cm range were 1.398 ~ 6.794μg / g, and 0.630 3.342μg / g. Surface 0 to 0.5 cm chlorophyll a concentration higher than 0.5 ~ 1cm sediment chlorophyll a concentration, an average of 2 times. 3. Distribution of chlorophyll a factor in the Yellow River Delta intertidal April the seawater overlying DIN: the and P month DIN 361.4,7: P 42.4,9 month DIN: P 249.5, which indicated that phosphorus for the Yellow River Delta intertidal with the primary limiting element. Interaction of many factors, the distribution of chlorophyll a in the overlying seawater waters phosphates, suspended solids, temperature and salinity; negative and in water phosphates, suspended solids content than relations with water column temperature, salinity proportional relationship. Yellow River Delta intertidal zone benthic chlorophyll a distribution factor of the particle size and stability, that is soft, smooth and stable sediment surface is conducive to the growth and reproduction of benthic micro algae. 4 intertidal macrobenthos productivity intertidal zone identified a total of 15 kinds, including mollusks as the dominant species. Biomass: Summer gt; Spring gt; fall. Of all sections of macrobenthos biomass gradually increased since the tide line, the intertidal zone in central biomass reaches a maximum, and then decreased. The clams are distributed in the lower part of the intertidal zone. With the primary productivity of phytoplankton in the Yellow River Delta intertidal range 0.2 ~ 29.6mgC · m-2 · d-1, and an average of 5.7 mgC · m-2 · d-1. Benthic primary productivity average 79.507 mg/m2/h, 6973.7 times the average annual water primary productivity. Intertidal macrobenthos in annual average abundance of 200 ind/m2, the average annual biomass of 63.21 g/m2, the secondary productivity 35.35 g/m2/a. Secondary productivity of the four corners of the clams 24.64g/m2/a. 5. The four corners clams food sources LB station as an example, to 72.047 mg/m2 surface 1 cm chlorophyll a content in seawater (3.759mg/m2) 22.7 times; density of algae degrees in seawater overlying primary The producers mostly benthic algae, the abundance of about 68.3%. This description of the Yellow River Delta in the intertidal zone containing high benthic algae distribution of macrobenthos, which may provide a rich source of food. D13C value of the four corners of the the clams muscle tissue changes range from -18.73 × 10-3 ~ 21.02 × 10-3, the average for -19.82 × 10-3. Intertidal 2008 the benthic algae d13C value of -22.93 × 10 -3, the phytoplankton d13C value -17.74 × 10-3. After the calculation and analysis of the results shows that the study area the the four corners clams major benthic algae as a source of food. This conclusion with the regional water and sediment distribution characteristics of chlorophyll a to confirm each other.
