Abstract

For the purpose of this study conducted in type 2 diabetic retinopathy clinical syndromes study. TCM focuses on the characteristics of the distribution and evolution, as well as syndromes and related laboratory parameters, fundus microscopic changes correlated to type 2 diabetic retinopathy standardized clinical syndrome and treatment of reference. Methods In this study, Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Endocrinology diagnosed type 2 diabetic retinopathy patients were investigated, collected 104 cases of DR patients general condition, four diagnostic information, and relevant specialist examination results, laboratory test results. Data entry, the data were grouped stratified statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis using statistical methods (measurement data using Wilcoxon non-parametric test, count data using X2 test), cross-checks designate the distribution characteristics were collected and analyzed using the Spearman correlation analysis on a number of laboratory tests, microscopic changes in the fundus and the correlation TCM research and analysis. Results of a study found 104 cases of patient age segmentation and DR DR typing, sub-period, statistically no correlation between age and DR can not be considered a linear correlation between the stages. The duration of diabetes and DR type, stage relationship highly significant linear correlation was positive. Body mass index BMI in the DR type, sub-distribution period no difference, but after correlation tests found, BMI and DR stage there is a positive linear correlation linking. Two studies have found four kinds of diabetic complications in diabetic nephropathy in the DR different type, sub-period differences exist in the distribution, and the remaining three common complications of diabetes (diabetic foot, diabetic arteriosclerosis obliterans, diabetic peripheral neuropathy) in the DR typing no significant difference between the distributions. 3 study found 104 cases are common symptoms of patients with DR Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis, qi certificate, phlegm performance, different type no statistical difference between. Syndromes of phlegm in the first place by the distribution accounted 93.27 percent, followed by stasis, accounting for 84.62 percent, Yin deficiency, accounting for 78.85%, qi cards, accounting for 71.15%, damp, accounting for 67.31%, qi deficiency , 64.42%, greater than 50% frequency. Syndrome distribution characteristics and symptom scores were statistically tested in the DR no difference between the different sub-types. 4 study found 104 cases of patients with DR syndromes combinations are false is mixed, mostly for eight syndromes, accounting for 24.0%, six card portfolio, accounting for 20.2%, seven card portfolio, accounting for 18.3%, reflecting the reality mixed diabetic retinopathy, the vacuity of the basic characteristics of syndrome. 5 The Spearman correlation test and found that glycated hemoglobin and phlegm, damp linear integral positively correlated with urinary albumin deficiency syndrome, phlegm positively linear correlation between symptoms of retinal hemorrhage, hard exudates, soft exudates were associated with yang deficiency linear correlation. 6 renal function (serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, GFR) and DR stage linear correlation coefficient obtained under serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen increased with the rise DR installments, CFR DR installments with aggravation reduced. 7 serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and hard exudates, soft exudates extent positively linear correlation, GFR and hard exudates, soft exudates were negatively to the linear relationship between microalbuminuria and soft exudates were positive the linear correlation. Conclusion 1 DR condition little with age, duration of disease with DM were closely related. 2 diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, hyperuricemia is closely related with the development of DR, with important tips significance. Over three syndromes, the actual situation is the DR notable inclusions syndrome characteristics. DR is common in patients with type yang deficiency syndrome ', Qi, Yin, standard empirical climate type is phlegm, blood stasis, qi. Evolution compliance deficiency syndrome → Qi → yin and yang, yin throughout the lesion always, Qi, yin and yang, phlegm, bleeding resistance and the disease is closely related to the occurrence and development. 4 DR glycated hemoglobin levels and phlegm, damp degree of positive link, urinary albumin levels in patients with DR Yang deficiency, phlegm extent positively linked. Bleeding, bleeding hard and soft micro-seepage fundus changes and Yang Deficiency expression levels were positively correlated. 5 renal function (serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, glomerular filtration rate, urinary albumin) levels and DR microscopic disease and fundus changes are closely related, suggesting that renal dysfunction is associated with the progression of DR. The institute selected patient is more limited by installments, to be in the future to expand the sample size was selected, stratified for large-scale epidemiological studies, the disease might be characterized Syndrome have a comprehensive grasp and different syndromes The clinical significance of a deeper understanding.
