Abstract


Objective To investigate the neurosis , the ratio of the hospitalized patients of disease of depression post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) ; study of neurosis neurosis / PTSD comorbidity of personality traits , parenting and whether differences between perceived social support . Consecutive hospitalized patients with neurosis and depression in March 2009 -2009 in October , a total of 112 cases of Essen , Essen Trauma Questionnaire (ETI), post-traumatic stress symptoms Screening Table (PTSS-10), grams personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Perceived Social Support scale (PSSS) and parenting by Rating scale (EMBU) survey . Results ( 1 ) 112 patients with clinical diagnosis of neurosis in 79 cases, 33 cases of depression , all patients in the ETI symptom score gt ; 27 points were a total of 40 cases , in which the group of 28 cases of neurosis , depression group, 12 patients , accounting for 35.7% of the entire group ; 40 cases ETI symptoms score gt ; 27 cents patients PTSS-10 score gt ; 35 points were a total of 37 cases ( 25 cases of neurosis , depression 12 cases ) ; ( 2) neurosis group completed questionnaires were 74 cases , which ETI symptom score gt ; 27 points were 27 cases ( comorbid group ) , the ETI symptom score lt ; 26 points and gt ; 16 points were 24 cases ( suspected comorbidity group ) , the ETI lt ; 16 23 cases ( non- disease group ) . The results showed that the comorbid group EPQ-N factor score significantly higher than the non- comorbid group EPQ- L , EPQ -E Factor 's significantly lower than the non - comorbid group , suggesting that comorbid and non - comorbid personality partial in neurotic , introverted and conceal the tendency . ( 3 ) comorbidity group Parenting severe punishment , excessive interference father rearing style , mother raising excessive interference in the way over-protective of severe punishment, there are significant differences compared to the non - comorbid group . The comorbidity group perceived social support and non- comorbid between the existence of significant differences . Conclusion neurosis , depression patients with post-traumatic stress disorder , higher comorbidity rates ; comorbidity compared with non - comorbid in personality characteristics , parental rearing style and comprehend social support , there are significant differences .
