Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology, so that the whole social life of material civilization reached an unprecedented height, all aspects of society have undergone a sea change, social development, science and technology has become a decisive force. However, people praise the great achievements of scientific and technological development, they recognize that the application of science and technology and ethics of violent conflict.
