Abstract


Thesis Aims:To investigate the historical status of development of North China Clay production process.Research method:in order of the development time from North China Buddhism Clay, which divided into two aspects:technique and spirit, also gave examples and explained the specific production process.Results of the Thesis:summarized the North China Buddhism Clay production process of the development, which is divided into areas of technique and spirit.Thesis Conclusion:through discussion of the North China Buddhism Clay production process, summarized the North China Buddhism Clay in the history of the Chinese sculptures is a major category. Clay production process is the technical level of the North China Buddhism Clay works,religious background is the spirit level of the North China Buddhism Clay works. These two aspects of the North China Buddhism Clay formed the history of the clay development.
