Abstract

The early 20th century, the Western concept of realism in art went into China with China’s New Culture Movement in China painting, which has had dramatic impact on the traditional Chinese painting with a long history, and forced it went into the modern transformation process .Especially in the area of Chinese ink painting of portrait, which gains dramatic changes and very big harvest. However, it is very difficult that use Chinese ink to exhibit sculpt realistically and it is also a very important task which lay before every Chinese ink painter who engaged in realism Chinese ink painting. In this paper, I mainly discuss the issues of compatibility of the pen and ink writings and the realistic sculpt, the gains and losses, and discuss the view which hinder the compatibility. I want use a macroscopic description on this compatibility to give people some learning and enlightenment.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter mainly discusses the sociological and ontological reasons of the rise of realism figure painting and which focused on the historical background of the issues of the compatibility of the pen and ink writings and the realistic sculpt.The second chapter discusses the difficult and the history of the compatibility of the pen and ink writings and the realistic sculpt. Propose that the limitations of the pen and ink writings made the compatibility very difficult .Described Generations of artists in this issue of the arduous journey of exploration.The third chapter separately analysis the pen and ink writings and the shape. I hope to better understand their characteristics and the possibility of achieving compatible and ways.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the method of the compatibility of the pen and ink writings and the realistic sculpt. Pointed out the methodological of the reference language of traditional the pen and ink writings and non-traditional the pen and ink writings and return of the pen and ink writings materials.The fifth chapter pointed out the negative voices to the compatibility of the ink and the realistic sculpt. Clarify people’s misunderstandings.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the achievements and lessons from the process of the compatibility of the pen and ink writings and the realistic sculpt.The seventh chapter describes the important painters who engage the issue of the compatibility of the pen and ink writing and the realistic sculpt.
