Abstract


Metonymy as people 's daily life is very important to the performance of a language , has been the study of language researchers . This article from the perspective of cognitive pragmatics combined of Professor Xu Shenghuan \Epitaxial the connotation heritage perspective \In this paper, based on epitaxial connotation tradition the theory explain metonymy formation mechanism . The purpose of this research is : By analyzing the two concepts are different levels of how to achieve the body epitaxial connotation pass and inheritance Metaphor Metaphor Description body and thus achieve process to reveal the mechanism of the formation of metonymy . The study is divided into five parts : the first part is the Introduction, describes the study of the meaning of this article , research methods , the text structure . The second chapter predecessors on the topic of this research study REVIEW , pragmatics and cognitive perspective . The third chapter is the introduction of the theoretical framework of this study , explains the model of pragmatic reasoning theory (MPRT) and epitaxial connotation heritage ( IICD ) . The fourth chapter , based on the theoretical basis for analysis of metonymy body of the third chapter and Vehicles connotation and denotation heritage conditions : characterization of the dynamic nature of the fuzziness of the concept of boundaries and conceptual system . Example and analysis in the specific context of metonymy . The fifth chapter is the conclusions and recommendations of the study .
