Abstract


Information as the most important resource of the information age, the impact on people’s life become more and more profound.But how to make people obtain message effectively, ensure the citizen’s right to know conscientiously, and how to appeal to the law, when when the citizen has not realized this kind of expectancy rights and interests, which have already become the important content of the legal system of disclosure of administration information.Lack of effective judicial remidies becomes an important factor which restricts further development of system of disclosure of administration information of china. Litigation system of disclosure of administration information has become the important content which realizes the constitutional government.As a result, there is an urgent need for strengthening the existing litigation system of disclosure of administration information of china at present. This article focuses on ways to improve the system. Not only to improve the supporting legal system, to provide good legal environment for complement of litigation system of disclosure of administration information.;but also to improve judicial immunity for administrative intervention, based on executive power on the strong role of judicial power, and the most imporantly to reconstruct institutionally the existing litigation system of disclosure of administration information of china.
