Abstract


This paper studies the management system of China's current lawyer . In the concept of the management system for lawyers , types and significance after briefly described . The article first reviews the history of our lawyer management system development , and comparative analysis with the status quo , then a representative of foreign lawyers management system is also a comparative analysis . In the analysis stage of China's \Article is divided into four parts , the main contents are as follows : The first part discusses the history of our lawyer management system development and status quo.
