Abstract


Mainland and Hong Kong legal system more belong to the civil and common law, there is a big difference between each other to carry out the Interregional Judicial Assistance in the presence of obstacles. But after the reunification with the Mainland economic exchanges become more frequent, the two sides also focused on creating closer economic relations, Interregional Judicial Assistance has put forward higher requirements. The two sides since 2001 has begun on the Recognition and Enforcement of Civil and Commercial Judgments problem consultations, but in a period of time after the two sides have been an agreement on the recognition and enforcement of judicial documents and arbitral awards, recognition of judgments in civil and commercial matters and The implementation of the cooperation is still hesitant hallux ago.
