Abstract


China 's criminal agency system from scratch for China 's Criminal Procedure Law is a huge progress and breakthroughs. Criminal agent system in our country is an important system . Set up the system in the first place is to participate in the legitimate interests of the protection of victims of criminal and other proceedings . By more emphasis on the maintenance of the rights of the accused in the past of the Code of Criminal Procedure . Today, the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of victims and other participants in the proceedings has been more and more attention . In the course of criminal proceedings , victims and other parties involved in the litigation should be given more extensive procedural rights . However, any system is not a panacea. Existing Criminal agent system has its own flaws . We should improve the existing system , in order to make the criminal agent system has been further development and improvement . In this paper, the meaning of the criminal agent system , type, and the introduction of the theoretical basis , to reflect the status of the Criminal agent system , and analysis of criminal agent system defects , their causes , and thus improve the existing Criminal agent system the idea . Comprehensive and objective analysis of the criminal agent system , ultimately seek a solution to the problem and make timely improvements to make the system better serve the community , so that the concept of the protection of human rights to be more fully reflected in the system . Hoping our criminal agent system can be further improved to make the system more fully and effectively play its role so as to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties .
