Abstract


Secured Bonds Trust refers to the company pledged or attached to the issuance of corporate bonds pledged with the trustee of the Trust Deed , the Trustee will be set for the security interest of the Trustee for the benefit of creditors of all corporate bonds and exercise custody of collateral rights , and to protect the interests of the creditors of bonds other relevant legal obligations to fulfill a trust system .
