Abstract


This paper attempts to integrate theory with practice through the perspective of behavior analysis unit to correctly address the issue of unit crime awareness, so as to maintain the unity of the theoretical system of traditional criminal and integrity.Besides the introduction and the conclusion, the following four aspects were discussed: first, from the criminal law sense, knowledge of the unit and the theory of criminal behavior on the unit description and understanding. Secondly, the unit will first demonstrate the objective existence of its production process and content under the unit will make a flat contradiction of the whole concept of the will. Then, from the units and units set up to point of need to adapt to social change found in the unit’s movement. And from the activities of unit members to extract the units and unit members about the behavior of members act in accordance with the time individual unit will feature content on the units made by acts of abstract thinking and behavior of units on the whole concept. Then, through the units to identify and control their own behavior discussed illustrate the ability crime unit has capacity. Again, as a basis for criminal behavior on the unit’s unit sins, unit damage behavior and the main unit of analysis of criminal behavior. Finally, according to the characteristics of crimes unit, made the unit crime prevention and control measures accordingly.
