Abstract


With the continuous development of science and technology , the role of forensic increasingly important in litigation , more and more evidence of the use of modern methods of scientific proof litigation system , even if you do not have the expertise and technical means to rely on the identification, almost unable to complete the authorization of some facts of the case . However , the importance of the formation of such a huge contrast with the lag disorder and judicial practice of forensic legislation that seriously affect the realization of justice . Our forensic system defects reached a point where change is no . Reform of the judicial system needs to be placed throughout the appraisal litigation system , the reform of the system under the system of evidence conducted litigation system , the evidence is closely related to the reform of the judicial system identification system. The forensic startup program is the core of forensic system, it is necessary to improve the forensic boot system, which is also necessary to improve the way forensic reform . Research methods through the concept of research, comparative law research , case analysis, the forensic identification of relevant concepts and judicial system started to clarify the main content and comparative law in a manner fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of different startup mode identification , combined with our criminal justice identification of the status quo in the legislative and judicial practice , the analysis of the main problems currently exist in the system , and finally proposes concrete ideas to improve the identification of the criminal justice system started .
