Abstract


Life Science and Biotechnology is the current scientific and technological innovation in one of the most active in the field, life sciences and biotechnology by the leading bio-economy will lead to profound changes in the structure of the global economy and a major readjustment of the pattern of interests. China’s rapid development of biotechnology, innovation and active in various high technology fields, biotechnology is the most promising development to achieve one of the areas beyond, "State long-term Science and Technology Development Plan" has the future of biotechnology as 15 years, the strategic focus of scientific and technological development. With the rapid development of biotechnology and biotechnology-related patent applications and authorization number has increased year by year. However,Biotechnology, the rapid development of patents, and did not change with the heated controversy.
