According to the 2008 to 2009 located in the northern Yellow Sea qingduizi Bay ( east longitude 123 ° 17'-123 ° 24 ', latitude 39 ° 34' ~ 39 ° 44 ') for environmental monitoring data obtained , the waters of the inorganic nitrogen (DIN), phosphate (PO4-P) and N / P value analysis carried out seasonal variations . The results showed that qingduizi Bay inorganic nitrogen in the autumn the highest, reaching 197.75μg / L, the winter was the lowest , only 71.45μg / L. Phosphate content in the autumn the highest concentration of 19.75μg / L and the concentration decreased rapidly in winter , only 2.09μg / L, the lowest value in the year . N / P value increased from spring to summer 39 110.5 , in the fall and dropped to 22.2 or so, winter rose to 75.7 , are much larger than the value of 16 Redfield . The use of nutritional indices , organic pollution assessment index, potential eutrophication assessment method and the EU \eutrophication results are basically the same show that qingduizi Gulf is now in eutrophic state , the results illustrate four kinds of evaluation methods in qingduizi eutrophication assessment showed some effectiveness . In the use of four kinds of evaluation methods , we found that the organic pollution index method of evaluation results relative trophic index method is more accurate and has a good degree of differentiation ; potential eutrophication wears comparison the former two are more refined, can determine the specific limiting factor for eutrophication ; \In summary, based on the existing qingduizi Gulf ecosystem environmental data , although the organic pollution index method and potential eutrophication assessment method does not take into account the ecological effects of eutrophication , but still rich as qingduizi Bay nutritional Evaluation of the preferred method. Qingduizi Bay for different seasons to analyze environmental data , and use different methods to assess the extent of its eutrophication , allows us to correctly understand qingduizi Gulf eutrophication status of eutrophication Qingduizi Gulf lay the foundation of future research , the protection and maintenance of qingduizi Gulf ecosystem health and sustainable development of great significance.
