Abstract


On the whole, from all over the country in rural areas since the implementation of land contracting policy , implementation of the policy is better, most of the farmers are satisfied with and promote the development of agriculture . However, for a long time , the the female land contract rights and interests of the victim phenomenon also exists objectively .
