Abstract


With the continuous development of the world economy , the development of human resources from land areas to the marine sector continued to expand marine areas of human economic development is increasingly becoming an important space and platform , marine management to get the attention of more and more countries in the world . In recent years, marine management has made ??some achievements in the theory and practice of countries in the area of marine management , in particular the effects of the regional marine management is not ideal, which directly hinders the economic development of the countries in the field of marine . In this context , the management of marine areas as a new marine management , gradually attention by the academic community , and has been widely used in Europe and the United States and other developed countries , China has also had a positive impact . This new ocean management take full account of the environmental characteristics of the different maritime zones as well as regional interests , to maximize coordination between the departments of marine areas , between local and national interests , and to ensure that all marine management participants concentric third . This article aims to explore effective countermeasures to promote the healthy and rapid development of China 's marine area management . This paper first described the background and history of the development of China 's marine areas , pointed out that many problems encountered in the development of China 's marine area management reasons for its development lags behind foreign marine area management development situation and practice case analysis , combined with our marine the actual characteristics of regional management , and proposed countermeasures to improve the development of China 's marine area management .
