Abstract

The Taijiquan hundreds of years of heritage is mostly by the tai chi boxing management based on oral tradition for the way the body granted, tai chi theory is also a kind of traditional Chinese language to explain the theory of tai chi movements, only in the hands of the Chinese traditional the basis of culture in order to better understand the requirements of tai chi, which is no doubt an obstacle to the development and dissemination of tai chi. The teaching process in tai chi may sometimes lack of scientific method, to contrary rationale boxing the error in imparting combined in blindly use Western teaching methods in the process of teaching Taijiquan Taijiquan unscientific decomposition teaching, so that The tai chi aerobics, from the essence of Taijiquan, which had a negative impact of taijiquan heritage. Taijiquan development of standardized, scientific, international, it is necessary to use the scientific method for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of Tai Chi exercise, combine Taijiquan valuable experience with the scientific method, the use of modern scientific methods and means tai chi boxing reasonable interpretation, the formation of a standardized quantitative action system and pave the way for further construction of tai chi theoretical system. This study application the Swedish production QUALISYS-MCU500 infrared long-range three-dimensional motion measurement and analysis system (six lens, a frequency of 50 Hz) typical movements of Yang style Taijiquan ---- the horse mane action shooting, on a different level of technology subjects related indicators for comparative analysis. This study is to reveal biomechanics means of Taijiquan characteristics --- rotary movement of the main movement of the shoulder chest bit of spin, revolving movement of the pelvic region movement described, and the reasonableness of the technical movements diagnosis, analysis , interpretation and evaluation, to provide data to support for Taijiquan abstract rationale boxing, Taijiquan future teaching and research to provide a theoretical basis, thereby promoting taijiquan scientific heritage and development. Statistics and analysis of the test data, the following conclusions: 1. Mustang shoulder chest bit sub-bristle action sports features and pelvis movement characteristics consistent, because the two the lumbar connect shoulder chest bit and pelvis together as a system, so that it has the same characteristics of the kinematics. 2 through the shoulder and chest and pelvic X, Y, Z-axis displacement indicators and around the X, Y, and Z axis rotation angles research found that the kinematic characteristics of the shoulder and chest bit and pelvis are rotary translational movement in the X The amplitude of displacement of the axis, around the Y axis, Z axis rotation angle is large, while the displacement in the Z-axis, the rotational angle around the X-axis is smaller. In order to keep the body, forming conducive to the rotation axis of the body rotation, the action showed corresponding changes.
