Abstract


There are some problems in Henan Province’s high jump training. For example: demission of provincial vawiby, people to attend training is little. Deficiency of high-level coach and excellent athlete and other problems. Training of Henan Province’s high jump training cannot according to the system of third level unify. It affects the promotion of the level of training and performance. In recent years, there is even no one athlete who has the ability stands for Henan to take sports meet in four years.This thesis takes Current Situation of Henan Province’s high jump training as research object. With Investigating and interviewing vawiby, college and experts, coach and athlete in high jump training. This thesis utilizes ways of materials, interview, mathematical statistics, and logic and so on. The results show that:Firstly, fewer people taking high jump training at present, because of it collides with other sport event in select material. It faces great hinder in selecting coach basis. Coach basis choose the athlete that take part in practice short time. They are in basis time. Coach should educate athlete’s correct intention. It can keep athletes high system practical initiative.Secondly, most of coaches of Henan Province’s high jump training do not have high education. They are short of theoretical study and experience exchangement. It makes practice of high jump training limit. So coaches need study theory constantly. They through kinds of ways to get new knowledge on Sport Training and training method. They can stand out Verwissenschaftlichung in practice.Thirdly, leader did not take gliding of Grade of Henan Province’s high jump training Seriously. It affects fund put into high jump training. Leaders should attach importance to the development of high jump training. We can create beneficial condition for coaches and athletes. It can apply high jump normalization and Verwissenschaftlichung.Fourthly, athletes have contradiction between in study and practice. Coaches and parents should establish overall development plan, put forward requirement on study, and formulate explicit learning objectives. It can make athletes meet that the importance of studying hard in new social period.Fifthly, Henan Province’s high jump training exist phenomenon of short of the talented person’s reserve. We should pay more attention on the quality of talented person’s reserve and establish accumulate of excellent talented person’s reserve. We perfect integration provincial term to nation team and combination of sport with education. It can make talented person’s reserve flourish in school.
