Abstract


At the dawn of the 21st century journey of the world set off a wave of wave of education reforms, develop new century talent to become the focus of competition. In a new wave of educational reform, vocational education has attracted increasing attention, countries have to improve vocational education reform as a priority and be unprecedented attention. With the advance of China's modernization process, the state at all levels of professional and technical personnel of the growing demand for the quality of talent and technical requirements have become more sophisticated, requiring a large number of ways to adapt to modern production talents to promote China's modernization. This is reflected in education, showing great attention vocational and technical schools. In the past we have trained people, although there is a deep theoretical training, but often lack ability, theory and practice of touch, unable to adapt to the actual work needs, a serious impediment to China's socialist modernization drive. In view of this, the state invested a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to support the development of vocational and technical schools, making the status of vocational education to get a greater degree of improvement. Huang Yan and Kai Hing Steiner is the late 19th century to the first half of the 20th century, vocational education in prestigious gurus, and their wealth of Vocational Education Thought lasting legacy, and the time and later the development of vocational education great impact. This article from a historical perspective, Huang Yan and Kai Hing Steiner on Vocational Education Thought of a comparative study to the current theory and practice of vocational education benefit the development. This paper is divided into six parts: Part I: clarifying the concepts involved in this project, on the \Part II: Kai Hing respectively Huangyanpei and vocational education thoughts are introduced. Part III: Huangyanpei and Kai Hing vocational education thoughts compare similarities and differences. Part IV: Huang Yan Kai Hing Steiner industry with the progress of educational thinking, rationality and limitations of analysis. Part V: From the cultural traditions, social background, family background and personal experiences explore aspects of educational thought caused the two reasons for the differences. Part VI: Kai Hing on Huangyanpei and vocational education thoughts dialectical analysis, on the basis of objective evaluation to explore the ideas of both vocational education vocational education reform on the current Chinese reference and inspiration.
