Abstract


In this thesis is the study of Free Teacher Education Policy since 2007. The study is based on a review of Free Teacher Education Development, systematic combing and discusses the effect of the normal school students free education policy and its implementation, and strive to grasp the Free Teacher education policy development and. By analyzing the impact of Free Teacher education policy of political, economic and cultural factors, to further deepen the understanding of our Free Teacher education policy, thereby, improve the formulation of this policy, trimming and implementation provided valuable experience and cross-reference of the era. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part of a comprehensive review of the historical context of China's Modern Free Teacher education policy and system combing Free Teachers Education policy is to adapt to the Chinese characteristics, socio-political, economic, scientific and technological and cultural development need to adapt to the needs of the product of the thought and practice of national education.
