Abstract


Sociological perspective of our country at this stage of compulsory education equity issues . From the definition of fair , equitable education concept that compulsory education fair to every school-age children have equal access to compulsory education rights , equal opportunities and homogeneity of compulsory education process to receive compulsory education , and in vulnerable situations under appropriate education compensation to complete compulsory education . The compulsory education fair is divided into compulsory education starting point fair , fair process , and the result is fair three parts . This paper is divided into five parts . The first part as the introduction , mainly on the research background , research significance as well as domestic and foreign research . The second part is a theoretical preparation , interpretation of the relevant concepts and theories , including : connotations of fairness , fair education connotation fair connotation of compulsory education , the characteristics and particularly from a sociological point of view expounded the significance of compulsory education fair . The third part of education equity issues at this stage of compulsory education in China from the beginning of the compulsory education , the process and the results of three . After the implementation of free and compulsory education in the country , the basic starting point for equity issues have been resolved, along with the process of compulsory education equity issues has become the main problem , naturally also the focus of this paper . General economic conditions , national policy , and the concept of understanding , the fourth part of the analysis of the cause of compulsory education fair causes of the problem , and that the countries have long been compulsory education investment policy is the main reason . The fifth section focuses on discussion and proposed solutions to this problem with the proposal , namely : the strengthening compulsory education fair legislative work , and to increase overall investment in education and to give priority to protecting the financial investment in compulsory education , the implementation of compulsory education \School construction to change misconceptions strengthen government responsibilities and functions , internal school reform and good education compulsory education compensation work .
