Abstract


Railway is the manifestation of capitalist productivity, is an important achievements of industrial civilization. Railway construction and operation needs some knowledge, and what is the specialized technical management personnel and new industrial workers.Northeast railway mainly by the government, and the northern warlords, Russia and Japan etc. With the construction of the northeast railway, northeast railway schools started. The establishment of railway school opened while, cultivate advanced knowledge talents, promote the personnel changes in the knowledge structure, these talents in railway after graduation and related departments to work, but also in other industries in social work in northeast China, the cultural construction of the enormous role. In its influence and impetus, new schools started in succession. This talent training not only knowledge level, but also professional. The school education not only promoted the development of modernization, these trained new education of intellectuals in northeast China’s culture and Russian culture, Japanese culture and modern collision process began to awaken to a certain extent, also contributed to the national awareness, promote the whole pointed out the development of culture.
