Ecological environment is the people's survival and development foundation, but with the continuous development of economy and society, ecological destruction unabated. Therefore, protecting the ecological environment ecological restoration become very necessary means. The main ecological restoration techniques include: artificial restoration and natural forces repaired. The destruction of the ecological environment in the area, although repair manual repair is the fastest way, but its repair cost is relatively large, it takes a lot of manpower and material resources, restoration area is relatively small, and less interference in the area of human activities, natural forces repair all the time to play a very important role in making a lot of regional ecological environment has been improved. For this reason, the use of natural ecological restoration to repair the ecological environment is also an effective method. In order to understand and master the natural ecological restoration measures on the improvement of the ecological environment and its effects need to be monitored. As remote sensing monitoring has detected large area, restricted by the ground is relatively small, fast, short cycle and so on. Therefore, this article uses the means of remote sensing to monitor the ecological restoration. In this paper, Fuxin City in 1995 and 2004 two periods of remote sensing images in Fuxin City Begonia Mountain Nature Reserve and surrounding areas as the study area, the use of remote sensing for natural ecological restoration Fuxin conducted monitoring studies. The main contents and conclusions include: (a) the natural ecological restoration remote sensing image processing. To improve the accuracy of monitoring elements of the two remote sensing images and more comparable, making the extracted elements of the natural ecological restoration monitoring more reliable, for remote monitoring of the extraction of the natural elements of ecological restoration before remote sensing images were geometrically corrected, band selection, the extraction of the study area and a series of treatment. (2) remote monitoring of ecological restoration of natural elements extracted. Analysis of the natural ecological restoration monitoring should select the elements, and each element of realization of the principle and the specific implementation. Realized using remote sensing images to extract pixel dichotomy vegetation cover elements; using the maximum likelihood classification of remote sensing images extracted elements of land use types; utilize heat index, humidity index extraction temperature and humidity away from the image elements. (3) the natural ecological restoration remote sensing analysis of results. Within the study area's natural ecological restoration effect is very significant. In the vegetation cover, from 1995 to 2004 high vegetation coverage has increased significantly, in which less than 60%, a low coverage area was significantly reduced by the rate of 4.7%, greater than 60% of the high coverage area increased by more than 80% of which high coverage area of the largest percentage increase, the rate of increase was 3.9%; in terms of land use types, woodland and grassland area increases, from 1995 to 2004, forest area increased by 26,395.81 square meters, an increase of 517.53 m2 grassland area, the rate of increase were 2.25% and 0.4%, in landscape terms, from 1995 to 2004 in the study area to the fragmentation of the landscape as a whole, complex, the overall shape of patches is not rules development, landscape dominance category woodland landscape overall control of the enhanced role. As the original wasteland of trees increases, has the advantage of woodland patch number also increased, indicating that the study area's ecological environment has improved; monitoring in other elements of the temperature increase; humidity also increased. In summary, Fuxin this climate and geographical circumstances, suitable for ecological restoration, especially in large areas of woodland areas, the natural ecological restoration effect is very significant. The use of remote sensing for monitoring the ecological restoration is a very viable means.
