Abstract


With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for electricity power users continues to increase, also the rapid development of urban and rural power grid. Past that mainly rely on drawings and distribution experience staff to manage and maintain the distribution line method, not only look backward, but also seriously affect the work efficiency. How to use the advanced management methods to replace traditional inefficient power production, cumbersome manual management mode, so that the power construction and management further efficient, automated, technology, more and more people's attention. The rapid development of information industry, especially the wide application of computer technology for distribution line management mode change possible. Distribution lines in the power system equipment management, the need to deal with a lot of equipment data and drawings, these data and drawings are closely related, and geographic location. In this paper, a region 10KV Power management status and needs, the use of geographic information systems (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) advanced technology, application of large-scale network environment based on relational database, complete GIS-based stand-alone mode, the hole distribution network geographic information system development and implementation. Its main function is to use the computer in the geographic information system on the management of the relevant drawings and documents, and timely, accurate and complete to provide the electricity sector need all kinds of management information. The completion of this system, not only for power production has played a strong guarantee, while in the line of scientific planning provides decision support capabilities. Main contents and results are as follows: 1. Designed to establish the hole distribution grid spatial database: the characteristics of the distribution network of spatial data analysis completed on the basis of reasonable hierarchical spatial data; equipment account through the analysis of each completed class attribute table structure design; implementation of spatial data and attribute data tables table and placed a large integrated relational database management system. (2) produced a distribution network of electronic maps: the regional administrative map 1:100000 imported into the system, and achieve its registration; using handheld GPS and Total Station instrument measured under the jurisdiction of 110kV, 35KV and 10KV lines divergence angle, substations and power stations geographic information; according to hierarchical spatial database design principles that will use the GPS device to the measured data into the system, the establishment of a distribution network Dongkou electronic map. (3) Organizational complete Kouxian distribution network GIS system development: Application based on component GIS technology to complete the map operation, map editing, data maintenance, information inquiry, statistics and other functions of the design and realization of the intended effect.
