Neck is the visual centre of human body; it is the most abundant direction part. The whole style of clothing is mostly decided by the design of the neck and chest parts. Nowadays, the fashion designers and female consumers pay more and more attention to the clothing accessories. In this context, it’s very significant to do the research on the modeling and accessories of young women’s collar.The modeling of collar is analyzed in terms of neckline, collar band, collar face, roll lapel, roll line, the style of opening, etc. On this basis, the decorative design and the structural combination design of collar was put forward in this study. At the same time, the category, design elements and wearing method of the accessories of the collar was analyzed from the category of necklace, neckwear, scarf and brooch.The collocation of collar modeling and accessories should follow the discipline of aesthetics as global balance,tempo and rhythm, proportion, contrast, harmony and unity. On this basis, the collocation points of collar modeling and accessories were discussed. This research using the methods of combing aesthetic theory and questionnaire investigation to analyze the collocation points of collar modeling and accessories from the perspectives of classical beauty, romantic beauty, loveable beauty, fashionable beauty, simple beauty, neutral beauty, pristine beauty and peculiar beauty.This research chooses C# Language, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as development platform, the search system of collocation of young women’s collar modeling and accessories is found. The system is humanity, operability and can help consumers choose the suitable collocation. The simple operation Interfaces is also convenient for the fashion designers to add and manage design materials.
