Abstract


With the further opening up of the insurance market , insurance companies have been more and more widely foray into the national infrastructure , including the investment , such as the recent CIRC issued a document to allow the insurance companies to step investment in the real estate industry . The investment direction diversification lead to systemic risk significantly expanded , centralized surrender misappropriated premiums , fictional events of the premium income in the insurance industry after another . Insurance regulatory authorities in recent years , China's insurance industry regulatory direction from the result of the post- regulatory things in advance of the process of regulatory changes for the insurance company 's governance structure , risk management systems , as well as construction supervision of the internal control system has become the implementation of the regulatory the basic principles of content . This thesis attempts to start from the principle , functions and organizational structure of the relationship among research insurance institutions , further discussion of the relationship between risk and regulatory efforts by China Life case studies reveal the insurance company internal control of the status quo , and regulatory environment, on the basis of our recent internal control theory , analysis of regulatory theory , a preliminary discussion of the the insurance enterprise internal control and external supervision of checks and balances in the financial mixed trend aimed at the structure of the corporate governance of China 's insurance industry , risk management , internal control system and its regulators to provide relevant theoretical basis .
