Abstract


In wuhan city the non-agricultural population are mainly concentrated in wuchang, hankou, hanyang, which reaches 100% of rural urbanization level, while rural urbanization being 47%. From the perspective of wuhan population, population distribution highly is centralized in wuchang, hankou, hanyang three city center, which has the characteristic of a large central with the surrounding area gradually lowered. The average population density is 947 people per square kilometer, and urban population density is 2343 people per square kilometer. The population is concentrated in the center of the region in downtown living condition, high environmental degradation and heavy traffic problems. It produces a far-reaching influence on various transportation means which is composed of urban transportation system.How to analyze the function orientation in comprehensive transportation system and how to integrate the coordination construction of a city in the area within the scope of the various transportation means, has important inevitable influence on the social, economic and environmental sustainable development of population. This is provides opportunities in city traffic for the state-owned railway, which is the urgent and strongly necessary for the state-owned railway in urban transportation, both for the superiorities of state-owned railway transportation, and for development and seeking new profit growth point. This paper is based on the research of state-owned railway fusion of urban rail transit management mode, including the construction model and operation management mode. The former is arrangement for Integration of State-owned railway and Wuhan urban rail transit,and the latter is the concrete implementation of management mode. In theory, it will have a series of innovations that state-owned railway is combined with the traditional urban rapid rail transit on actual conditions in China.As to the concept of urban railway detailed definition, at the same time, it will have the development of the city planning after comprehensive thinking, combined with multi-discipline and the latest information. Putting forward some innovative ideas and measures will have practical significance based on the actual background for Wuhan City metropolitan area for the integration of urban rail transit system construction and operation management mode.
