In order to further promote China's economic construction and development , improve the system of government control , by analyzing the structure of the current economic system , at present, the major issues facing our government is a government monopoly industries and regulatory reform . Civil air transport in the world are characterized as a natural monopoly industries, regulatory reform by governments in typical and representative case . With the operation of the market system in our country in recent years, the continuous development and improvement , from the perspective of public administration reform, government regulation of civil aviation transportation Exploration has become a new research direction. In this paper, the Government of China's civil aviation industry to explore the subject of regulatory reform , government regulation of civil aviation transport problems and causes , by drawing on the U.S. system of government control Relaxing , study and formulate specific measures for the reform of government regulation , to further improve government regulation regulations.
