Abstract


As an integrated management mode produced under the situation of global economic integration, supply chain management has been adopted in the serial fields. Under the context of the frequent questions about food safety and the diversified demand, at the same time, combining with the inherent complexity properties of vegetable supply chain, the vegetable supply chain has huge potential risks. Meanwhile, the vegetable supply chain risk management focuses on the adverse factors that affect the normal operation of the supply chain, and its purpose is to improve the reliability of the supply chain to ensure vegetable quality and safety, and thus ensure of the majority of customers’health and safety. In this paper, combining the characteristics of vegetable, the comprehension of the vegetable supply chain is given; except for the general risks of a common supply chain, the particular risks of the vegetable supply chain are studied, and then the risk indicators system of the vegetable supply chain is established. Then this paper puts up with a risk assessment model of certain example of vegetable supply chain using the Principal Component Analysis method, and then puts up with specific management measures according to the assessment results, and thus forms the systematic cognition about the vegetable supply chain risks.
