Abstract


In recent years, China 's cities have gained considerable development , but some of the city's traffic congestion problems became very serious , unprecedented deterioration of the road network in the city traffic . To solve the increasingly serious traffic problems , while strengthening the road infrastructure , we should pay attention to the ability to raise the level of road operators . Combined with modern information technology , and advanced traveler information system (ATIS) used to induce travelers to travel , to improve travel quality . Analysis methods using Agent-based modeling and to use StarLogo simulation platform route choice behavior from the strategic level , the tactical level two levels of modeling ATIS under the conditions of the path of the traveler choice behavior . The experimental results show that the The ATIS system for travel travel planning and ATIS earnings improved significantly with the increased traffic , the study concludes that the application of ATIS provides a useful reference . Traveler route choice has been the research focus of the transport sector . Accurate description for a given decision-making process of the travelers in the traffic environment are better able to induce people to travel travel travel efficiency . Travel the risk road network environment based on cumulative prospect theory framework established decision - making model , a better description of the actual travel behavior of travelers . The assumed known travelers prior to departure path travel time probability distribution , establish selection decision-making model based on cumulative prospect theory the risk road network environment travel path . Finally, numerical examples and empirical investigation cumulative prospect theory is proved to have a greater advantage in the description of the trip 's actual travel behavior . Traveler optimal departure time choice and choice of travel path between closely linked , directly affects the choice of travel paths to the choice of departure times , when travel is completed in accordance with the selected path a trip , based on actual trip path time to decide whether to change the departure time of the next trip .
