Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of modern information technology, China’s logistics industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Modern logistics is widely considered to be "the third profit source" of economic development. The regional logistics development is the development of regional economic integration to a certain stage, but is has become an important industry and a new point of the economic growth of regional economy, the level of its development is used to evaluate key comprehensive strength in an economic region. However, with the rapid development of logistics industry, it has also brought the high cost of logistics problems and a "bottleneck" which is difficult to improve service levels.Through the theory of scholars and the practice of governments, industries and enterprises, we find logistics information is the only way to the development of modern logistics. It can not only integrate logistics system activity and promote the operation of the system as a whole efficiency and also reduce the operating costs and improve service quality. thus improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the construction of logistics information has important strategic significance for the development of regional logistics.This paper, based on theories of modern logistics, logistics advanced theory, regional planning theory and the theory of logistics information, mainly focuses on the construction of regional logistics information. It comprehensively using literature research, induction and deduction, case analysis and other various effective method, puts forward the construction of regional logistics information system depends on policy, technical support system and infrastructure construction,based on the extensive regional logistics research and the practice of many regions. Next, this paper gives thoughts from the policy system, technical support system and infrastructure construction to the construction of logistics information of Wuwei County in Anhui Province.Finally some conclusions are drawn, the study also pointed out the issue for further research. It may play a positive role and reference to other areas of logistics information construction. Introduction part introduces the research background of this paper, the purpose and meaning of research, and gives an overview of the theory and current situation of domestic and foreign about the regional logistics information construction. Then, this paper puts forward research ideas and research methods of logistics information construction.The second part is a brief regional overview of the logistics information and regional development. It is the foundation of groundwork for the main part of the paper, the third to the fifth part, and expounds the definitions, basic content, the role of and significance of regional logistics, logistics information and regional logistics information.The third part focuses on the policy systems of construction of regional logistics information.we build the System from government, industry associations and enterprises, which are the three main bodies of regional logistics information construction and supply policies. In addition, this paper also abstracts importation and training personnel as the basis of the whole System from policies which supplied by the three main construction bodies.The fourth part of this paper describes research results of the construction of regional logistics information technology support system. The technical support system is mainly based on foundational technology and logistics information technology platform technology (core technology), and these two technologies, especially the logistics information platform, are described in detail.The fifth part of this paper discusses infrastructure construction of regional logistics information construction, where the main researches are the logistics and the role of basic conditions, building measures and logistics infrastructure construction sharing mechanism.The sixth part of this paper takes Wuwei County for example and points out that it should be combined with its own reality and construct logistics information from System, technology support system and infrastructure aspects, after analyzing the its current situation of logistics information construction. The whole is based on previous theoretical research in part. The seventh part of this paper is the conclusions and prospects. It is a summary of this research and points out the problems should be solved of further study.This paper base on construction of regional logistics information of domestic provinces and municipalities, propse construction of regional logistics information should focus on building regional logistics information system,regional logistics information technology and regional logistics information infrastructure to carry out.and hopefully play a positive role for the other regions of logistics information.
