Abstract

With the increase in the amount of oil extraction and use, a lot of petroleum and its products into the environment, the environment caused by pollution, brought serious harm to biological and human. The petroleum pollutants into the soil, can cause changes in soil physical and chemical properties, changing the soil microbial flora, can seep into the ground and contaminate groundwater and other series of problems, how to fix oil-contaminated soil to become the focus of attention. Phytoremediation technology for its low investment, maneuverability is strong, wide adaptability, no secondary pollution, removal of soil pollution, remove contaminated soil around the atmospheric pollutants in water bodies etc., is becoming a future oil pollution control is an important research direction. Ryegrass Lolium perenne, the test of tall fescue Festuca arundinacea the the Elymus Elymus dahuricus, alfalfa Medicago sativa, the sand adsurgens Astragalus adsurgens and Suaeda S.hetroptera Kitag 6 species for the study, potted simulation test, study 0%, 1%, 5% and 10% of four different concentrations of petroleum-contaminated soil processing the physiology of these six kinds of plant growth, comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of petroleum contaminants stress these six kinds of toxic effects of the test plants, and planting oil content and biological indicators of soil before and after the changes, the main conclusions are as follows: 1) alfalfa and A. adsurgens the low germination rate in soil salinization and oil pollution double stress, the Suaeda of various concentrations of oil processing in growth about 14 days, high mortality, are not suitable as a remediation plants to conduct further studies. This study selected ryegrass, tall fescue and Elymus main plant repair plant physiology and soil biochemical indicators. 2) With the increase of the concentration of the soil oil pollution, in the end of the experiment three plants root growth and plant height as the soil oil pollution concentration increased and decreased, the root growth of the soil oil pollution on three plants and inhibition plant height, root growth and plant height can be as an indication of the soil by plant indicators of oil pollution research. 3) leaves of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activity concentration increased with the pollution of oil increases, the activity change and oil pollution concentrations with a certain correlation; plants malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the leaves increased with the increased concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil. Description SOD, POD activity and MDA content the plant enzymes indicators can early and sensitive indicator of changes in the environment. 4) of oil pollution on soil dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase and lipase soil enzyme activity in more performance to promote the role of soil dehydrogenase and polyphenol oxidase activity concentration increased with the oil pollution upward trend in both soil enzymes can be used to indicate the soil level of pollution caused by the oil. 5) within a certain range, the oil pollution can stimulate microbial activity and some components of the crude oil as the C source and energy source required for the growth of soil microbial (relatively blank soil), so that the relative rate of degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in oil pollution with soil concentration increases. Compared with the crude oil components, planting test plants of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil, its soil saturated hydrocarbons, non-hydrocarbons, compared to the percentage of resin and asphaltene content of the soil tested crude oil content was significantly reduced, while the The percentage of aromatics content increases.
