Abstract


This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the definition of the family business and in theory. In the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the definition of the family enterprise and puts forward the family business explanation, and at the same time, through to the domestic and overseas scholars about family business research summary, and put forward the case study method, this paper briefly introduces the conception and the main analysis method. The second part is to my research family enterprise development brief description. The third part first proposed in this paper for the field of family corporate governance structure, and then to the west about corporate governance structure theory, and finally briefly introduce the theory to my research in the family business to test its effectiveness, and concluded that the theory is in compliance with the family enterprise governance structure characteristics, whether for the family enterprise reform development has a certain significance. The fourth part is the conclusion, through the above analysis, draw the conclusion of this article, and how the limitations of this paper. The fifth part is involved in this paper references.
