Abstract

World's rapid economic development, rapid population expansion and urbanization process accelerated, on the balance of urban ecosystems generate significant influence and impact, resulting in a depletion of resources, environmental pollution and ecological destruction and a series of urban ecological environment problem, and has been a serious threat to the lives of urban residents and the city's sustainable development. Urban ecological environment problems, aroused national attention, domestic and foreign experts and scholars from different disciplines began perspective on urban ecosystem in-depth study. With the theoretical system of urban ecosystems gradual improvement of people's research perspective starts from the technical aspects of urban ecology steering system level. Good system can be spawned good technology, good system can make the management more assurance, institutional factors become sustainable urban ecosystem development of intrinsic motivation. Object of this paper is the urban ecosystem institutional arrangements. In reference to a large number of relevant research results at home and abroad on the basis of this paper, the theoretical basis of the new institutional economics, and through sustainable urban ecosystem analysis, the system failure is caused by an imbalance of urban ecosystem underlying causes and to raise the sustainable development of urban ecosystems institutional innovation proposals. The specific content of this article is as follows: The first part is an introduction. Home and abroad through theoretical studies on urban ecosystem carding process to determine the institutional arrangements and institutional innovation Probe angle, so as to expand the positioning of this article. The second part of the sustainable development of urban ecosystems to elaborate.
