Abstract


The scientific concept of development , with Marxism-Leninism , Mao Zedong Thought , Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the \must adhere to and implement the major strategic thoughts . It stressed that the first prerequisite is to develop core is people-oriented , while required to adhere to the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development , improve the overall consideration . China's large population , limited resources and fragile natural environment and to speed up the process of industrialization , population , resources and environmental issues has become constraining economic development bottleneck .
