Abstract


Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide / cyclohexane / n-amyl alcohol / water microemulsion system , the synthesis of 160 ° C thermostat 12h the BAF 2 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup> nanorods , 140 ° C thermostat 12h synthesis the MGF 2 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup > tetragonal phase , X-ray diffraction (XRD) to determine the prepared samples are pure phase , the use of environmental scanning electron microscope ( ESEM ) observed the BAF 2 < / sub > : The Ce 3 < / sup > nano- rod diameter of 50 1 00nm, length 800 nm 5 < / sup> μm, of the ratio of water to nuclear , reaction temperature , reaction time, aging time, and the concentration of CTAB on the morphology and size of the product . Analysis the BAF 2 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup > particle size on the fluorescence emission spectra . To the the synthetic MGF 2 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup > as the precursor , 140 ° C reaction synthesized the KMgF 3 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup> particles . X-ray diffraction (XRD) to determine the KMgF 3 : the Ce 3 < / sup > particles of cubic structure , the use of environmental scanning electron microscope ( ESEM ) to observe the morphology of the cubic phase , while about 1μm . Obtained under hydrothermal conditions KMgF 3 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup > particle emission peak at 343nm , the broadband excitation peak at 253nm , prepared by microemulsion method KMgF 3 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup > nano particles redshift compared to 13nm half-height wide 40nm. By the MGF 2 : Ce , 3 tetragonal phase transition to of KMgF 3 < / sub > : the Ce 3 < / sup > cubic phase , Ce 3 < / sup > luminous intensity increases by 3 times.
