Engineering surveys in recent years show that the existing building because of durability issues destruction occurs more and more universal, which need to be addressed due to steel corrosion engineering, the resulting loss is immeasurable; steel corrosion concrete structure durability of one of the important factors, and the lowering of the of corroded reinforced cross-section loss of their mechanical properties, degradation of the performance of the bond between steel and concrete, corroded expansion force due to concrete cover cracking lead to corrosion of reinforced concrete structures The reduction in the durability of the three major factors. The visible reinforcement corrosion problem is not just an economic issue, a relationship to the structural safety of corroded reinforced concrete members subjected to force performance is particularly important. In this paper, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (50478032) \eccentric compression, small eccentric compression members 13 each) qualitative analysis of the data obtained under different corrosion rate, the variation of the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete rectangular section column; 2) trial found that the steel corrosion may change members failure mode, then put forward corroded reinforced concrete compression members with eccentric compression size limits - Relative boundaries compression zone height formula, and a finite element model of the formula be verified; 3) in the establishment of the rust small eccentric compression members bearer demonstrate the conclusion of a the corroded components reinforced concrete strain no longer coordinated force formula, obtained by regression analysis reinforced type column in the ultimate pressure under different corrosion rate, the the column midpoint of the cross-section at reinforced strain and reinforced at the concrete strain relations, by constructing new geometric relationships, obtained ultimate compressive bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete corrosion rate of the main variables small eccentric compression column recommended formula, and verified by experimental data; 4) reinforced corrosion caused by the decline in bond properties and thus caused the decline in the ability of collaborative work between the steel and concrete, calculated and verified by experimental data by introducing the coefficient of collaborative work, to establish the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete large eccentric compression column .
