Abstract

This test two different salt resistance of cucumber varieties: Jinchun No. 4 (strong salt resistance varieties) and Tianjin No.2, (salt resistance weaker varieties) materials, sub-autumn crop and spring crop NaCl stress, spraying of ALA, the effect of CaCl2 after mitigation. The tests were designed two different salt concentration (150 mmol / l, 250 mmol / l), NaCl stress treatment of the entire growth period in cucumber simultaneous application of ALA, CaCl2, to study the changes in the cucumber plants of various indicators. Determination of different physiological and biochemical indices, morphological indicators, as well as yield, to detect the effects of both exogenous substances. The results show that: NaCl stress ALA, CaCl2 treatment can eventually achieve significantly improve the yield of cucumber plants, reducing salt damage purposes. The specific findings are as follows: 1, autumn crop trials showed that: under NaCl stress, application of ALA, various physiological indicators of CaCl2 cucumber plants are significantly higher than that of the control, and the effect of ALA is better than that of CaCl2 soluble protein content than was increased by 27% -34.9%; obviously have to inhibit the generation of MDA inhibition rate of 15.7% -45.6%; early flowering root activity increased by 35.8% -45.6%. ALA treatment Jinchun yield of cucumber with salt stress compared to control production increased by 24.9%, 52.3% respectively, the Tianjin No.2, salt stress under control compared to yield 21.1%, 59.3%, respectively. It can be seen from both the crop trials Jinchun 4, ALA treatment in the obvious effect of early flowering; Tianjin No.2,, ALA treatment showed better effect in the fruiting period, CaCl2 without a significant role during the differences. 2, on the basis of the last crop trials, spring stubble test set up a different concentration of the ALA, the results showed that the different concentrations of ALA treatment for ease NaCl stress has a role 0.1g/m2 ALA treatment effect best treated at this concentration under Jinchun 4 cucumber production under salt stress control compared to the yields were increased by 32.6%, 37.8% the Tianjin Miscellaneous No. 2 under salt stress compared to control yields were increased by 26.7%, 17.8%; Compared with other ALA concentration each treatment, can significantly improve the POD, SOD, CAT activity, respectively, an increase of 25% -37% 1.2% -11.2% 7.4% -11.9% 7.6% -7.9%, increase chlorophyll content in leaves, VC content in the fruit is not obvious. In short, the study showed that: the application of ALA, CaCl2 can significantly alleviate the damage of NaCl stress on cucumber, and 0.1g/m2ALA treatment works best. For a different degree of salt stress, the effect is insignificant. ALA Jinchun effect hybrid in Tianjin No. 2, VC content in two varieties of fruit have no significant impact on application of ALA.
