Abstract

In this study, from 2006 to 2007, in Shaanxi Yangling Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University of Science and Technology under greenhouse conditions, seedlings of the test in 2006 the Dongjian Maitu preserved the European wine grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (V. vinifera L.) cuttings (Cabernet Sauvignon) seedlings, two AM fungi: Moses Glomus (Glomus mosseae, Gm) and young sets Glomus (Glomus etunicatum, Ge). By single agents inoculated and the mixed inoculant inoculated grape cuttings seedlings used agents to the culture medium (zeolite and sand), the the infested root segment, a mixture of hyphae and spores, spore density of about 30 spores / ml, inoculated both 30ml / pots, the same amount of control inoculated at 121 ℃ high temperature sterilization agents. Inoculation treatments 100d, the determination of the the Grape various biomass indicators: plant height, stem base coarse ground, underground dry weight, the mycorrhizal dependency mycorrhizal infection rate, soluble sugar, soluble protein, P content. Set four drought stress gradient T1 (30% -35%), T2 (40% -45%), T3 (55% -60%) and normal T4 (70% -75%), drought 30d, measured species Drought physiological indicators: the leaves and roots of the protective enzyme systems, membrane lipid peroxide content and relative conductivity; osmoregulation substances: soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline content, plant colonization rate and the bacteria root dependence of the change, and rhizosphere soil microbes and soil enzyme activities of different drought stress response. Three kinds of results are as follows: 1. Different inoculation methods on the the the Cabernet cuttings Miao role of differences test Gm single agents inoculated of Ge single agents vaccination and Gm Ge mixed inoculant inoculation inoculation Cabernet cutting seedlings mycorrhizal infection rate performance: mixed inocula gt; the Ge single agents gt; Gm single agents, indicating Ge agents and Cabernet Sauvignon cuttings affinity stronger than Gm agents, while the mixed inoculant to make up for the lack of space on the single agents infecting plants more pronounced effect. Cutting seedlings 2.AM agents inoculated with AM fungi Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet seedling growth in plant height, stem base coarse, ground, underground dry weight growth index and root activity, photosynthesis, soluble sugar soluble protein content and other physiological indicators are significantly higher than the control plants by mycorrhizal dependence: mixed inoculation (131.11%), Ge (122.47%) the Gm (121.21%) can be verified, the mixed inoculant inoculated plants role effect The most obvious difference between single agents inoculated. Drought stress mycorrhizal Cabernet cutting seedlings of the penetration adjustment substance of drought stress, plants were soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline osmoregulation substances were different trends. Osmotic adjustment substance first two were with the aggravation of soil drought reduced the inoculation treatment under the same drought conditions are significantly higher than the control; the free proline three inoculation treatments with reduced soil moisture rapid increase, followed by a gradual increase, while control in severe drought increased to a maximum speculate may have damaged their cell membranes. 4. Drought stress protection enzyme system and membranous peroxide cuttings seedlings in vivo enzyme activity of SOD, POD and CAT protection under the same moisture conditions, Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Sauvignon cuttings seedlings mycorrhizal inoculation treatment significantly higher than the control, and the mixed inocula vaccination the gt; Ge single agents inoculated gt; Gm single agents vaccination, its membranous peroxide MDA content with which changes in the opposite, to control significant above vaccination inocula processing instructions plants of elevated enzyme activity can reduce the production of MDA and the relative conductivity to control the highest mixed inoculant inoculation minimum. The 5.AM fungi of Cabernet Sauvignon seedlings rhizosphere soil microbial content and activity of the soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes bacteria three kinds of soil microbial content of soil moisture, microbial total as the soil moisture reduced gradually reduced in the same soil moisture, inoculation treatment were significantly higher than the control. Catalase, invertase, protease, cellulase and phosphatase soil enzyme activities were basically appeared with decreasing soil water content increased at first, and then reduce the different enzyme sensitivity to drought stress, the change The magnitude is not the same, but the same moisture conditions after inoculation agents can significantly improve the quantity of microorganisms and soil enzyme activity.
