Abstract

Study moderate water deficit on crop growth and water and nutrient use scientific significance of agricultural production. This paper pot experiment was conducted to study the physiology of corn (Zea Mays L.), soybean (Giycine max L.Merrill), dry matter accumulation and yield as well as water and nutrient use in different fertilization conditions, the water deficit. Corn trials 1 and 2 are equipped with seven different growth stages of water deficit level, test 1 also set up two kinds of fertilizer levels (F 1 and F 2 ), test 2 also Let N application level (N 1 N 2 and N of 3 ). Soybean test set seven different growth stages of water deficit levels and three kinds of applied K levels (K 1 , K 2 and K 3 ). The main findings are as follows: 1, the corn seedling - the jointing the early mild water shortage (A 3 ) and jointing late - heading stage mild water shortage (B 2 ) total dry matter accumulation will be significantly reduced. Compared with normal irrigation, F 1 and F 2 conditions, A 3 B 2 increase corn water use efficiency (WUE); under different N conditions, corn different growth stages of different water deficit generally improve WUE. Further, in a certain range of Nitrogen, corn WUE With the increase of nitrogen increased. 2, compared with the normal irrigation, seed yield of soybean seedling stage - Mycobacterium the interim water shortages pod - mature mild water shortage in K 1 , K 2 , K 3 in, respectively, an increase of 24.47%, 24.25% and 39.37%. Phase should be processed soy in WUE Grains to exceed the normal irrigation, an increase of K 1 K 2 and K 3 47.06%, 55.00% and 60.71%, respectively. Therefore, in the the soybean seedling - branch midterm degrees and podding stage - mature mild water deficit can effectively improve the soybean grain yield and in WUE Grains . Addition soybean grain yield and WUE ,, grain improve with the increase in the amount of potash. 3, compared with the normal irrigation and maize seedlings - to jointing preliminary mild dry and jointing late of - heading stage mild water shortage can increase corn plant nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content, and different applied N under the conditions of the processing of available soil nitrogen , phosphorus, potassium content decreased. Compared with normal irrigation, K 2 the soybean seedling - branch midterm degrees pod of the - maturity mild water shortage can improve soybean aboveground nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content, and the soil available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content decreased. 4, the water deficit to process soybean MDA content is generally higher than that of the control, but with the increase in the amount of potassium fertilizer, water deficit treatment soybean MDA content has been reduced, which illustrate a certain amount of potash can ease the plant by the water stress. In addition, the amount of K fertilizer can promote the formation of chlorophyll of soybean. In summary, the corn seedling stage - the jointing the early mild dry and to jointing late - heading stage mild water shortage increased nutrient content, but it will not significantly reduce the total dry matter accumulation; the soybean seedling - branch midterm degrees pod soybean grain yield for the period - maturity mild water deficit, to improve water use efficiency and nutrient content. In addition, in a certain range of nitrogen fertilizer, corn WUE with increasing nitrogen fertilizer increased; the soy grain yield and WUE , grain improve with the increase in the amount of potash.
