Abstract


Energy xerosere mode of "quaternity" is a most representative mode to combine the farm energy construct with the ecological agriculture development in northward of China. In this mode, the biogas tank, solar power livestock house (or birdhouse), lavatory and solar power heliogreenhouse are integrated.the soil of human, livestock or bird enter into biogas tank and anaerobic fermentation. This has four effects: (1) the difficult hygiene questions of lavatory and livestock house (or birdhouse) are solved in country, this question has existed in country for millennia. (2) It can bring high quality biogas energy which can be used as country life energy source and heliogreenhouse booster light. (3) it can renew the supplies of carbon dioxide gas. (4) The dregs and liquid of biogas can manure to crop. In this paper, the rural area energy problem is studied. But it not only is restricted to energy problem, but also combine the country clean energy provide, agriculture non-point pollution and extend ecological agriculture into a integration. A mode of useful circle with country culture--biogas--planting is given.Up to now, to the energy xerosere mode of "quaternity", many problems are existent, such as normative construction, many disorder forms, and the shortage of homologize technical standard. In this paper, firstly, the fundamental rules of biological anaerobic treatment of wastewater and the structure and technical matters of "quaternity" energy xerosere modal are analyzed; Secondly, new style single cycle shunt material biogas tank, solar power heliogreenhouse, livestock house(or birdhouse) and lavatory are designed, the energy xerosere modal demonstration test system are given based on "quaternity". Thirdly, the start-up supervision and use of this mode, the energy utilization of biogas, the interrelated equipment and product are studied. Fourthly, the tomato planted in solar power heliogreenhouse with biogas dregs is tested. In the end, the broken shell device with biogas air-operated mixed in transiting, biogas pipeline automatic discharge valve, biogas tank one-way valve are pointed out, these products can efficiently solve the technical question in the process of biogas tank’s aerosis and using.The theoretical fundamental, the structured design, the construct technology, and the comprehensive utilization to agricultural production of "quaternity" energy xerosere mode are relatively systematical researched in this paper. And an operable and practical technical manual is summarized. This can offer certain technology reference and design considerations to the homogeneous construction.
