Abstract


By observing human heart rate changes , the degree of monitoring heart rate variability (HRV) . Heart rate analysis so far only stay in the perceptual observation and statistical analysis methods , these methods are too rough , and does not reflect the nature of the dynamics of the heart rate signal (RR sequence ) law . Most researchers believe that most of the physiological signal having nonlinear characteristics, the person's heart rate may also be the case , so in the study of human heart rate , a great part of our work is to determine whether the human heart rate has a nonlinear characteristic . Fluorine Nika obtained before and after the RR sequence and five normal RR sequence disorders in patients suffering from heart rate to 80 taking samples , and made more comprehensive analysis of the nonlinear dynamics of long RR sequence is divided into a number of short sequences the way to calculate the short sequences of Lempel-ziv complexity (LZ) and approximate entropy (ApEn). Through research , the following results were obtained : the standard deviation of the difference between adjacent NN intervals (RMSSD) as a linear indicators , LZ as nonlinear index reflects the inhibitory effect of the drugs on HRV significantly , after found that LZ reflect the fluorine Nika HRV 's effect on inhibition of patients , after taking the patient's RMSSD reduce (p <0.0001), each section the LZ also reduced ( p <0.05 ) , while ApEn reflect insignificant . The calculated nonlinear parameters , such as : the correlation dimension , largest Lyapunov exponent , embedding dimension , delay time , and found that the delay time of the RR sequence stabilized at between 3 to 6 , the optimal embedding dimension range of 5 to 7 , the attractor is a strange attractor, correlation dimension between 2 and 3 is the fractal dimension largest Lyapunov index greater than 0 . All this shows that the the RR sequence not random signal , is not a simple cycle signal , but subject to certain nonlinear law high-dimensional chaotic signals .
